What Happens Next?
Your access arrives by email within a few minutes — in some cases it may take up to 15 minutes. Here’s what each email looks like and what to do with it.
Follow the card that matched what you bought. One-time purchase? Card A. Monthly or yearly membership? Card B. Your receipt email says which.
Accept your invitation to The Daily Wellness portal
Everything you bought lives in our member portal, ready to download. We'll email you an invitation to set up your login. Look for:

Your purchase is ready: access your portal
- Open the email and click Access My Portal. You'll set a password for your portal login. There's nothing more to pay.
- Use the same email address you used at checkout: that's how your purchase is recognised.
- Open your purchase under My Courses. Everything is there, ready to view or download.
- Download what you need. Save it to your phone or computer so it's there whenever you want it.
Accept your invitation to The Daily Wellness community
This is where your membership lives: the full library, the live workshop vault, a live expert session every week and the private community. It's all hosted on Skool, our community platform. Skool sends your invitation directly, so this email won't come from us. Look for:

The Daily Wellness invited you to join The Daily Wellness
- Open the email and click JOIN NOW. You'll be taken to Skool to create your free account. There is nothing to pay there.
- Sign up with the same email address you used at checkout: that's how your membership is recognised.
- Open the Classroom. What you joined for is there, with the rest of the library beside it.
- Say hello in the Community tab. The weekly live session is pinned at the top, with the time in your timezone.
Check these three places before you worry
- Spam or Junk folder: invitation emails from new senders often land here first.
- Promotions / Updates tabs (Gmail): search your whole inbox for thedailywellness and skool.
- The email address you used: a typo at checkout is the most common cause of a missing email.

If you've logged in before with the same email, your new access is simply added to your account.
